The staff made me feel valued with friendly, professional service, going above and beyond to make sure things were right. The dining options were excellent, with delicious food and plenty of variety. Common areas were well maintained too. My room was spotless, spacious, and nicely designed, with the amenities I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and sleep well after a long day. The warm, attentive welcome and smooth check-in set the tone for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, quality stay.

Nearby, there were shops, a Medical, and other fast food stalls. Breakfast was good: boiled eggs, tea, bread, Jam, and butter. The staff were nice and helpful, and the receptionist with the smiling face was there to welcome us every time we came in. We stayed during the peak winter season in December, but the heater system made things much easier. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with soft blankets. Overall, a good experience.
