Mr. Abdul took such warm, professional care of our food needs, and the rest of the food staff were polite and helpful too. Our room was clean and well-kept, with prompt, friendly room service. The hotel is an easy short walk from Dal Lake. Everything was well managed, and we had a peaceful, comfortable stay in Srinagar. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it.

The meals at Hotel Grand Mahal were a real highlight, incredibly delicious. Altaf and the F&B team were friendly, attentive to the details, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is lovely too. We had a fantastic time in Srinagar and will definitely be back.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was great from beginning to end. Riyaz at reception was especially friendly and helpful. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist. We had a wonderful stay as a couple. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the ambiance felt truly luxurious. We’d definitely stay at Hotel Grand Mahal again.

I arrived with a room booking, but they refused to accommodate me because I had a local ID. When I asked to cancel, they plainly said there would be no refund. The manager was especially rude, and their behavior was completely unacceptable. As a traveler, I strongly advise people to avoid this place.
