Lee Heritage Srinagar

The calm atmosphere made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived at Lee Heritage Hotel. Our room was fresh, very clean, and well cared for, and the washroom was spotless and hygienic. Staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The care they put into hospitality and cleanliness really stood out. I’d recommend it for a relaxed, hassle free visit to Srinagar.

For the price, our one night stay was good, and I’d recommend the place. The room was cozy and had a heater AC, a geyser for hot water, and other amenities. We were welcomed with kawha at check in, a nice touch, and the service was good. The room could have been cleaner, though.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was delicious, fresh, and nicely prepared, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

Our four nights at Hotel Lee Heritage were a highlight of our winter trip to Srinagar. We hired an Innova through the hotel for trips to the surrounding areas. It was in pristine, like-new condition, so the long drives were comfortable, and the driver was professional, well-behaved, and knowledgeable. We felt safe and well guided on the journeys. The location near Regal Chowk puts you right by the main market, with shops and eateries close by. After sightseeing, though, the hotel still felt peaceful. Our rooms were spacious and cozy, with thoughtful details, and a welcome place to warm up after walking in the cold. I’m particular about hygiene, and the whole property was exceptionally neat and well maintained. The team were warm and professional from the moment we arrived. Staff were courteous, hardworking, and attentive to guests’ needs. For traditional Kashmiri hospitality, modern cleanliness, and a central base, I’d highly recommend Hotel Lee Heritage.
