Mr. Rahul made us feel like family, and his care really stood out. The location was amazing, the property comfortable, and everyone was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay with nothing to complain about. One of the best places to stay in Srinagar, and I’ll definitely return.

The food was top notch, both in quality and taste, and the location was convenient. I felt completely safe during my stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were courteous, professional, and ready to help. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

The garden with its apple and cherry trees is lovely, the room was clean, and the place looks good from outside. The rooms felt small for three people. Once the extra bed was added, there was hardly any room left around the chair and table, so maybe they’re really meant for two. The bathroom also seemed smaller than at other hotels in this price range and was inconvenient to use in the morning. Breakfast was another issue. The menu is limited, with things like bread and butter, poha, and paratha, and you have to tell them 12 hours ahead what you want. That means ordering tomorrow’s breakfast after dinner tonight. If you forget, there’s no breakfast. Weird system. We booked for three through MakeMyTrip but initially got only one towel and one set of toiletries. We had to ask for more. A hotel room should have two towels as standard.

The food was delicious and had a homely feel, and the hotel was very safe. We were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was neat, service was good, and the staff were friendly. Mr Vivek, the manager, was especially helpful, and the owner also personally checked that guests were comfortable. We had a pleasant stay and I’d love to come back. Highly recommended for families.
