Sultan and the whole team made our stay and events feel easy, with prompt, attentive help and genuinely courteous service. We’re grateful to them for making the visit so comfortable, and we hope to come back soon. The rooms were elegant, the atmosphere peaceful, and the banquet arrangements were outstanding. Everything had a professional feel, with warm Kashmiri hospitality throughout.

At Sapphire, Mohit, Ujair, Khusboo, and Gauhar made sure we felt at ease from start to finish. They were friendly and professional, and their care showed in all the little details. We had a remarkable meal and really appreciated the whole team’s hospitality.

Every corner of the property was spotless, and the temperature controlled pool was a dream. Housekeeping had such an eye for detail: whenever they’d been in, the room felt magically reset, from the slippers by the bed to the turned-down blanket and fresh towels, all just where they belonged. Khushboo deserves a special thank you for making sure everything was perfect. The front desk team welcomed me warmly as soon as I arrived. Hands down, one of the best hotels in Srinagar!

I found the Radisson Collection Hotel in Srinagar luxurious but comfortable, and good value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, nicely appointed, and had stunning mountain views, a great place to unwind after exploring the city. The buffet stood out too, with fresh, tasty local Kashmiri food alongside international favorites. Service stayed warm and attentive the whole time. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.
