The owner was polite, humble, and clearly cared about guests being happy. That warm manner made us feel even more welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, and good value for the price. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, the service was outstanding. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

My experience here was deeply disappointing. The room was extremely cold, and there was no lift, which made things uncomfortable. The hotel is tucked far inside a narrow alley behind several gates, and at night you have to call someone to unlock them. Despite paying in full ahead of time, the amenities fell well below standard. Staff were unprofessional, regularly ignored requests, and kept saying they couldn't help. Even the heating bed only worked on one side. Breakfast was very poor and arrived one to one and a half hours late, despite repeated reminders. Anyone considering this hotel should think carefully before booking, and ideally avoid it.

We were upgraded to a cute room with a balcony view, and Zubair was a friendly, prompt host who made sure our stay would be memorable. The place is easy to reach and a nice option if you want to be a little away from the bustle of Dal gate. Shesh baug Boutique stay lived up to its boutique feel, with clean rooms and neatly arranged, washed furniture, essentials, and bed spreads. We had a pleasant stay.
