Saqib was courteous and quick with the room service, and made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. The food was impressive, delivered promptly and arranged neatly. I'd especially like to thank him for the attentive service. Highly recommend.
Mr. Ashraf, the Manager, was professional, polite, and easy to approach. The staff were attentive, cooperative, and courteous throughout. Our room was clean and looked after, and the food was excellent with hygiene kept to a high standard. It was a very comfortable, well-managed, and satisfying stay.
Your help arranging our travel, bikes, and accommodation made everything in Srinagar go smoothly and left us with lovely memories. Thanks so much for the warm welcome and support throughout our stay. We truly felt at home. May Allah bless you with even more happiness and success always. 🌸💚
Ashraf Bhai made getting around, arranging bikes, and sorting our accommodation so easy. We felt at home at Standard Hotel and Restaurant during our Kashmir trip, and the staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help. The food had delicious, authentic Kashmiri flavors, served with warm hospitality. Our room was clean, cozy, and well kept. The location was convenient for Lal Chowk and nearby places, and the atmosphere was peaceful. A wonderful stay in the heart of Srinagar, and highly recommended if you want to feel that Kashmiri warmth. 💚✨
The atmosphere was peaceful and the food was delicious, as usual. I was especially impressed by the polite, helpful staff, particularly the waiter suhail. He treated me so well. Had a wonderful stay.
