Aabid and Insha at The Kabo went out of their way to make sure things were just right. Their professionalism and warm welcome made my stay special, and they’re a real credit to the hotel team. You're in good hands with them if you visit.

I left my tshirt in the room by accident during my Kashmir visit, then contacted the hotel soon afterward. The staff flatly denied finding it and didn't try to help. I expected basic honesty and cooperation, but was disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Exploring Srinagar's boutiques and treats was easy from The Kabo Luxury Boutique Hotel, and the rooms were comfortable, well equipped, and had modern amenities. I loved the beautiful interiors and the tasty food, with a lovely dining experience too. The attentive, caring staff made guests feel valued, and I noticed the attention to detail and commitment to quality. A fantastic choice for a luxurious stay.

The food tasted superb, and the rooms and service were excellent. Everyone was cooperative and humble, especially Mr Gowhar, urmila, and the rest of the restaurant team. I'd definitely like to come back to the same property.
