The dinner at the bar was awful for the MAP plan, and the complimentary breakfast was delivered cold at a random time in the morning, not packed. The rooms were dusty and poorly maintained. Bed covers and towels weren’t washed properly, and they only changed the pillow covers after a day. I got skin rashes after one night and caught a cold from the dust and unclean conditions. A horrible stay.

The front desk made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, especially Miss Lavanya. She was professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. It left a lasting impression.

The banquet hall was spacious, clean, elegant, and beautifully set up for our daughter’s first birthday. Grand Padappai Residency is a great venue for functions, office parties, and events around the Padappai-Tambaram-Mudichur-Guduvancherry-Urapakkam area. Chef Sam Anderson helped us plan the menu, and every dish was top quality. The food was a hit with our guests. FOM Sheela and her team were friendly, polite, and professional from the beginning. Sheela took personal responsibility for the arrangements, handled requests big and small with care and urgency, and stayed calm and attentive throughout. She was there during the event, checking the decorations, seating, food, and guest comfort, and followed up several times beforehand to confirm plans and suggest improvements. Her warm, approachable hospitality made us feel at home, and our guests noticed it too. We had an unforgettable experience. Great service, excellent food, and a dedicated team make this a wonderful place for a special occasion.
