Sri Renga Inn

Guests describe it as suitable for both family and business stays, in a secure, well-lit area where it's easy to walk to nearby temples. There are restaurants nearby as well as breakfast on site. Amenities include AC, hot water, room service, and decent parking. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and people consistently rate them above budget lodges.

There was no designated guest parking, which caused a lot of inconvenience and extra expense. The washroom was unclean and poorly maintained, to the point that it was unhygienic and unusable. My room was overrun with mosquitoes, and the hotel had taken no precautions like nets, repellents, or fumigation, even though this is a common issue in properties like this. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay.

Parking a four-wheeler was difficult, and the room was very poorly cleaned. They gave us used bedsheets, and only changed them after I asked. We had booked online, but when we arrived, the receptionist deliberately made us wait an hour. The response from reception was the worst.

A bitter experience with my family. On the phone, they told us a room was available and that we didn't need to book or pay in advance. But when we arrived early the next morning, they said it had been booked. The response was bad.
