This serviced villa is a good budget option, especially since you’ll probably be out exploring Wayanad instead of sleeping all day. It’s great for two people. For three it’s a bit conjested, though the extra bed was cosy and I slept well. There’s just one charging point, but you can use the socket by the TV in an emergency. The room has a double bed, chairs, TV, attached bathroom, wifi, and a geyser, which you’ll absolutely need in Wayanad. It also includes complimentary breakfast, and hot water is available on demand. Compared with the other hotels I checked, this place is closer to many sights. Karapuzha reservoir is just 3 kms away, though the road to the dam isn’t well maintained. Edakkal Caves is about 6 kms away, and Chembra peak is around 30kms, with a smooth road that gets you there in half an hour.
