I'm happy with the room and the service, and all the staff behaved well.

I've been staying at this Thakur Mahal hotel for 20 days. The rooms are mostly good, but if you're hoping for peace, forget it. For every bit of service, you have to call and remind them, and even then things are lacking. Staff throw things at each other. The morning manager says the problem will be fixed in the evening, then the evening manager blames the morning manager. Breakfast is rubbish, and the reception says one thing about room service while something else is provided. The staff and managers all behave badly. The location is full of solar energy, and parking your car takes a lot of effort. I found the service and staff very rude. The AC doesn't work.
