7 Orbit Hotel Surat

The breakfast buffet had around 20 to 25 varieties, and we enjoyed it. Bread Butter, Cheese Bread, and Bread Omlet were available on request; the other dishes were delicious and hot too. Staff service, communication, behaviour, and friendliness were all 10/10, as were the ambience, room and bathroom cleanliness, hot water, food, and breakfast choice. We found the hotel by chance while searching for a place in Surat, since the reviews for many hotels were inconsistent. Mr. Abhay Singh answered all our questions promptly and patiently. We asked for actual room photos rather than internet photos, and he sent them right away, which reassured us they were legitimate. When we arrived in Surat, Abhay guided us from the station to the hotel. It's just a short walk from Surat Railway Station, so the location is really convenient. Everyone greeted us warmly. The room was spotless and well maintained, especially the neat bathroom. The beds, sheets, and pillows were clean, and it felt like home. Tea and coffee arrived on time, and staff brought everything else we asked for right away without complaint. Housekeeping kept things clean and hygienic throughout. The bed was comfortable and the basic amenities were there. Hospitality was the standout. Staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Great value for money, with excellent service and a prime location. I'd choose this hotel again on my next Surat trip.
