At Fab La Victoria, the facilities were poor despite the high prices. The beds were so hard that sleeping was a nightmare, and there wasn’t even a kettle to heat water. The extra beds were in awful shape, and their bedspreads looked used and unwashed. You also have to pay the full amount just to get a room. The balcony was dirty, with lots of men smoking around. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The facilities they mentioned weren’t properly available, and the staff were unhelpful, rude at times. The rooms were unclean, the bedsheets weren’t fresh, and basic hygiene was missing. It was a third-class experience. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone. Strong negative:

The room hadn’t been cleaned, and there were insects in it at night. The towels weren’t washed properly, and there was a bad bug in the mattress and pillows. There was no intercom or Wi-Fi, and no breakfast options, so we skipped breakfast at the hotel and ate outside. I left without getting a refund for the next day. I’d avoid this place.

We were a bit unsure after seeing so many bad reviews once we’d booked, but the stay turned out to be surprisingly good. It was affordable, with nice clean rooms and great service. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.

We left in under five hours. The rooms smelled bad, and one had a broken toilet seat. There was hair on the bed from the previous occupant, and the staff were unwelcoming and acted like they didn’t care. They also seemed shady. The photos are very misleading.
