We were stuck in Surat and ended up staying two nights, but the place was awful. The room, bed, and blanket were dirty, the bathroom was a mess, and the water supply wasn't reliable. There was no power backup, and we couldn't get water for cleaning up. Staff were rude and stubborn, saying they couldn't help with the water or power cut. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. If negative points were possible, I'd give them. Dirty, dirty, dirty.

The facilities and amenities listed on OYO weren't properly provided. Worst service I've ever had.
