I booked this for my parents because it was near the locality they needed. The room hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom was dirty. They cleaned it after my mom asked, but it still felt unhygienic. It was the worst experience, and I don't want to book anything through Oyo again. I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone particular about cleanliness.
When I arrived at 10pm with my family, the rooms were vacant, but the staff still refused to give me one after I had paid in full before check-in. They said they couldn't provide a room at that price and pressured me to pay double to stay that night, knowing I had no late-night alternative. The treatment was so bad my family was stunned. The manager acted as if I were a criminal and blackmailed me. Why did Agoda take the booking and payment if hotels like this won't accommodate clients?
I booked online, but at the hotel the manager said they wouldn't accept online bookings and wouldn't give me a room because I'd booked at a lower rate. I lost my money and got no refund. It was a really bad experience for me. Don't use OYO.
Not going back. The staff are third class, and the receptionist overacts a lot.
They refused to let me check in, and the service was fake. The staff were rude after check-in.
