I paid ₹9,500 for two nights, Monday and Tuesday, and the stay wasn’t worth even half that amount. Booking direct may cost even more, so I’d use a hotel app if you decide to stay here. The food was also very poor for the price. My room, 402, had no Wi-Fi. When I raised it, staff suggested connecting to the next room’s network, but it was too slow to use. In the middle of winter there was no hot water, the room was extremely small, and the switches were broken. Maintenance was awful. The reception team seemed unconcerned about our comfort. They brushed off complaints without offering a real fix. The hotel has poor facilities and service, with no value for money. I was extremely disappointed. I’d strongly advise people not to book. Staying in a car would have been better.

The food was delicious, and room service arrived quickly. Staff were friendly and professional, and took care of requests promptly. The accommodation felt comfortable and safe for people of every age, which made the stay very enjoyable.

The place felt peaceful and pet-friendly, and the 24-hour service helped make our stay easy. There was lots of greenery around, so it was a nice spot to relax and take photos. The staff were warm and attentive, and the food was delicious.

Bhoora the cat made the stay even more charming. The resort was peaceful, pet-friendly, and surrounded by greenery that was lovely for photos. Staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was outstanding.

The rooms were good and worked well for families, but the breakfast timing caused trouble. We had a ferry to catch at 8:00 AM, and the hotel staff knew that. We’d been told breakfast started at 7:00, but in the morning they said it would start at 7:30. Even though the delay was on the hotel’s side, they didn’t deduct the breakfast charge.
