I arrived to check in at 12:30 a.m. after seeing a rate of INR 637 while booking, but the staff said I had to pay INR 1,000. It was a really upsetting situation, and at that hour I had no choice but to pay and couldn't complain anywhere. The same thing happened to my friend in Pune. I hope this gets looked into and resolved, or it will hurt your brand name.
I got to the property at 8 at night and learned it was no longer an OYO hotel. My booking money was taken by OYO, and I feel I was fraudulently booked into this place. I kept calling OYO's helpline until 11 p.m., but none of the agents helped. After this experience, don't pay OYO in advance, and avoid this place if you're travelling with family. OYO's people and management are hopeless.
The rooms and toilets are in really bad shape, and the staff know about it but don't clean them. OYO describes this property as smart, but it doesn't come close. I wouldn't choose it.
The hotel staff provided very good service and took care of all my needs.
You book online at one price, then arrive at reception and get told they can't give you a room for that amount because it's too low. They ask for three times what you booked for.
