It's in a quiet part of Surat with little crowd, and the complex itself feels almost abandoned. Staff were nice, though the service was average. Rooms were kept nicely, and rooms 405 and 406 are larger than usual. Wifi is available, and the hotel is very couple-friendly. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and not all toiletries were provided. Some amenities, like the bedsheet, seemed neglected, and staff weren't paying much attention to replacing or repairing things.
2/10
This was easily the poorest stay I've had. The facilities and service were awful, and the staff didn't know how to speak to customers. I was highly dissatisfied with the whole experience.
8/10
The atmosphere around the hotel is really nice. The property itself is very good, but the surrounding area is still developing, so getting basic items can be a problem. Transportation around here is another issue.
2/10
Everything was dirty or broken. The worst experience ever, and a total waste of money. Please don't visit this hotel.
4/10
The staff were good and the tea was awesome, and breakfast was included. The prime location seems to be the main reason this place is still running. So much else was broken: the washroom was very unhygienic, there was dampness on the walls, the lights and exhaust fan didn't work, and there wasn't even a ceiling fan.
