The rooms and food are good, but the washrooms are just decent. Feels like they spent the budget on the bedrooms and stopped there.

The door lock was jammed and wouldn't lock, so whenever I went out I had to leave my belongings at my own risk, just pulling the door shut. There was no geyser for hot water, and the rooms were untidy. After a guest checked out, the bedsheet hadn't been changed. When I complained, the receptionist said that was all they had and I could take it or leave, with no refund, and told me to go in the middle of the day. A horrible experience. There's more I could say, but this page isn't enough.

The rooms and service were very bad, and the staff were particularly rude. They didn't seem to care about guests' comfort and made us pay extra for things like a water bottle that should have been complimentary. There was no room service. It felt worse than a lodging house.

Best hotel around Vesu for a holiday stay. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and the rooms are clean.

Poor rooms and service. They don't care about your comfort and make you pay extra for things that should be complimentary, like a water bottle.
