The washroom was filthy, with a broken toilet seat and loose, constantly leaking taps. There were rats in the room and thick spider webs hanging around, making the place feel abandoned. Basic hygiene and maintenance were nowhere to be found. This stay was a nightmare and felt like a health risk. Management clearly doesn’t care, and I’d tell people not to book here. One of the worst stays I’ve had.

I visited the banquet today and it seemed good at first. But there was no exhaust, and once food was served, smoke built up in the room. Guests were coughing now and then.

The hotel rooms were really bad, especially the toilet. Service was awful, and the location wasn't good either.

The banquet hall and rooms were excellent. Staff and management behaved well.

The staff were unfriendly and the service was pathetic. The phone numbers listed here are wrong, too. I booked online, but at check-in they said the payment was short and wouldn’t let me in unless I paid cash.
