The rooms were cleaned, breakfast was nice, and Wi-Fi was free. All the staff gave good service and were always ready to help. They also provide parking for big vehicles. Strongly recommend.

Rooms are okay for 1700 per day. It's a hotel with an attached bar, but family food choices were limited and our order took far too long.

The bartenders put their fingers inside the glasses when serving pegs. As a Keralite, I found that shameful, and my friends teased me about how they did it. Please be careful about this.

The restaurant was understaffed, and the owner was dismissive and didn't respond reasonably. I don't know how it has a 3 star rating with hospitality like this. Food took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was reheated, not fresh. The plates smelled foul. We went to the kitchen and saw staff cleaning them with a soiled cloth, putting the cloth on the floor after wiping the plates, then using it again. We made a police complaint about the situation. Highly not recommended, the conditions were unhygienic.
