The location was the only decent thing about the property. Our room felt cramped and was much smaller than Goibibo had listed, under 100 sq. ft. The bathroom was very narrow and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Overall, it was a poor experience.

I trusted the Google reviews and booked here, but I feel cheated. The rooms were tiny, dirty, and covered in stains, nothing like the pictures online. Staying there was uncomfortable and disappointing. Hospitality was worse still: staff seemed indifferent, unhelpful, and lacking basic courtesy or professionalism. It felt like a waste of time and money, and the contrast with the good reviews was shocking. I’d tell people to avoid it and not fall for ratings like I did.

The service was third-rate. The room photos looked nice, but the room itself was completely different. I wasn’t satisfied.

We ended up booking another hotel after the staff member kept arguing with me and threatened to cancel our booking. I had reserved through booking.com, where it said payment was due on the spot, but he insisted we pay by WhatsApp UPI the day before. Even after I sent the documents supporting my booking, he remained rude, disrespectful, and irritating.

We had a pleasant visit. The rooms were clean and kept in good shape, the staff were cooperative, and service was quick. A great experience.
