The location is good, and I’d stayed here 5to7 times before when the service was good. Now it’s awful. A service boy came into my room without permission. The food was bad, the place wasn’t clean, and the AC didn’t work. After checkout, someone called asking for extra money, saying Make My Trip hadn’t paid them. The service boys also asked for 500 rs for room service and other things. A waste of time and money, and the worst experience ever.

I stayed here with my family 2 years ago and had a good experience, perhaps because the hotel was new then. This time was horrible. I booked four 4 bedded rooms, but at the last moment they gave me two 3 bedded rooms and two double bed rooms. The rooms were filthy and in terrible shape, with broken doors and walls, dirty blankets and a bucket. The phones didn’t work and the staff weren’t good. It doesn’t feel like a family hotel anymore. They charged me 3000 per room for rooms like these. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. Families looking for a decent hotel should stay away.

There’s plenty of space and it’s peaceful, so I’ve had lovely times here with family and friends in a group. The rooms are quite good, though a bit smelly. I didn’t try the food. Service was very slow, and sometimes they ignored calls. The morning shift was particularly rough and unhelpful. Things could improve if management looks into it.

The place is very spacious, and the staff are polite and punctual. Service was good. The food was average.
