Bliss Ganga Rishikesh

Bliss Ganga is right in the heart of Rishikesh, with easy access to cafes, Ganga ghats, yoga spaces, and the city's spiritual side. Even so, it was peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the noise. The rooms were spacious, elegant, exceptionally clean, and had a calm feel that suited Rishikesh. Waking up with the Ganga nearby was unforgettable. The welcome felt thoughtful and warm from the moment we arrived. Staff were caring, attentive, and quick to help, and everything was handled professionally and gracefully. The management deserves credit for keeping standards high while making the place feel personal and soulful. It felt like more than just a stay, with comfort, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality throughout. Highly recommended for an elegant, comfortable way to experience Rishikesh.

The rooftop pool and views of the surrounding hills added a nice touch, especially in the evening. Bliss Ganga Rishikesh is also convenient for visiting nearby attractions and exploring town. Our room was neat, spacious, well furnished, and comfortable for the price, and the food had satisfying quality and decent menu variety. The hotel has a modern, clean feel, with well-kept interiors. Staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist, making the stay comfortable. A good choice for couples, families, or a short vacation. I'd recommend it.

The staff's response when we raised the problem was rude and unprofessional. They offered no help or reasonable explanation, and seemed more concerned with avoiding accountability than addressing something that affected several guests. In one night, the batteries in 4 cars parked on Hotel Ganga Bliss, Rishikesh premises were completely drained. Staff refused responsibility outright and blamed the guests instead of investigating or showing concern. Customer service matters most when something goes wrong, and Hotel Ganga Bliss failed completely. The lack of responsibility, poor attitude, and disrespectful treatment made our stay extremely unpleasant. I'd advise travelers to be cautious and never consider this hotel.

The photos on Google looked so good that we expected the hotel to be good, but it turned into the worst experience of our lives. The TV wasn't working. We called staff at least 5-6 times before someone came, and it took 30-45 minutes for them to get it started. Since it was winter, we needed hot water for bathing, but there was none, even though there was a huge geyser. It stopped working for a while and the water also ran out. There was no soap in the bathroom either. We were told to go downstairs to reception to get some. The balcony had no way to access it. We are Jain, so we asked for Jain food, but only 1 or 2 items were Jain. We came for breakfast around 7:50 or 7:55. They said banana milkshake would be available, but there wasn't any. They said, "Milk nahi aaya." What kind of excuse is that? I recommend not going to this hotel.
