It felt more like a community than just somewhere to sleep. I met great people, played UNO, cards, and foosball, and spent time on guitar and just hanging out. Live music and concerts made the evenings especially memorable. The café was one of my favorite places, with tasty food at reasonable prices, and hot water was a welcome bonus in the cold weather. Rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, and the whole hostel had a relaxed, welcoming feel. I had a really great time at LiveFree Hostel during my Uttarakhand trip. Thanks to the LiveFree team for making it memorable. I’d love to stay again when I visit Uttarakhand.

The place was neat, clean, and well maintained, and we had a very pleasant stay. Most guests seemed to be trekkers, but I’d recommend it for families too. The reception team, Avtar ji, Vivek Ji & Sachin Ji, guided us well for our adventures and were extremely helpful. The food was made and served with love. Special mention to Kitchen Captain Dharamveer Ji, who brings along the calm vibe of Rishikesh. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The private room was a little too compact, but it was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price. The location made getting around easy, and the staff were helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Other guests spoke highly of the canteen, though I didn’t get to try the food myself. We had a pleasant stay at Live Free Hostel, with good vibes and an affordable room.

Two families shared a six bed mixed dorm, and there was enough room for everyone to move around. The washroom was large, linens neat, towels clean, and lockers were available for all. We had an excellent stay and would love to come back.

We stayed here before setting off on our Kuari Pass Trek by Indiahikes. The place is near the lakshman jhula, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly, and Saturday evening brought awesome live music. After the trek, they let us leave our luggage for the evening while we visited Rishikesh.
