The property itself is fine, but the staff's behavior made the stay deeply unsettling. I don't often leave negative reviews, but I feel I should warn others. Right from check-in, we were met with hostility. When we asked the receptionist a simple question about Wi-Fi, she rolled her eyes and sighed before answering. Later, when we reported a minor AC problem, the maintenance worker spoke down to us and dismissed the concern, suggesting we simply didn't know how to use it. We tried several times to speak with a manager about the growing rudeness, but were told they were unavailable each time. It felt like there was no accountability, and that the poor culture came from the top.

We felt really unsafe during our one-day stay. Someone kept trying to open our door, so my friends and I kept it locked. I don’t know who it was, but it was frightening. The room and washroom were still unclean after we told the manager 2-3 times. Most disturbing, the manager kept hitting on my friend and asked for her Instagram. He admitted he had searched for her ID using the name and number she gave at reception when checking in. She felt very uncomfortable. This was beyond scary.

The reception staff made a great first impression. They were friendly, quick, and obliging, and the service throughout was attentive and efficient. The food was good and great value for money. Our room was large, comfortable, and well equipped, so moving around was easy. I liked the colours and tasteful decor, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located. My family and I were very happy with our stay, and I hope to come back for longer next time.

The view of the Ganga from my room was breathtaking. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is right in the city centre, with Laxman Jhula within walking distance. It also has a beautiful surrounding atmosphere and was great value for money. I was very pleased with my stay.
