There's a big living area in front of the rooms, which was great for yoga. The hotel manager is a good person :) The location, price, and spacious grounds are the best parts. It's in Tapovan, opposite Tatva, with a beautiful large garden and two buildings, one a few metres away above the kitchen. The rooms are clean, but small and worn since they're not new, and the washroom is especially small. The closets were dirty.

It's peaceful, and the room is OK, though a bit old. They've tried to modernize it with AC and a flat TV. But expect only a room. The room service is pathetic, staff don't understand instructions, and they may promise something then return five minutes later to say they can't provide it.

The rooms are clean and good, and the service overall is excellent. It is quite expensive, though. The restaurant on the main road below the hotel is connected with the hotel, and the food there is excellent.

The staff are polite and responsible, and the prices are affordable. It's a good place with a huge space, supposedly the biggest hotel in Rishikesh.
