The Grand Shiva Resort & Spa

We held our Annual General Meeting at the resort, and the team supported us with warm, smooth hospitality. The food was excellent, and room service was prompt and efficient. We did have a few electrical problems during the meeting, but the team fixed them right away. Special thanks to Mr. Prakash Bist Ji for the support during a very good stay.

Our group of 35 had a fantastic stay, with top-notch amenities, services, and staff. Mr. Prakash Bisht, our restaurant captain, was attentive and made everything run smoothly. He also took us on a short trek beside Ganga near the white sand beach, which was an amazing experience. Mr. Afaq, the General Manager, was kind, flexible, and welcoming, and went out of his way to make the visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort!

Everyone loved the hotel, its hospitality, and the whole experience. The banquet hall was set up exceptionally well, and all the arrangements were outstanding. We’re grateful for the warm service and smooth coordination, and look forward to coming back soon. A special thanks to AFAQ ji, who handled everything without a flaw. His service deserves a definite 5 star.

Our Alumni Meet was a wonderful experience, and the team made sure everyone felt comfortable and cared for. The event came together smoothly, from the decor and food to the well-arranged banquet area, with coordination handled throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Thanks to the management and staff for their warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. They made the alumni meet memorable. I’d recommend this place for group events or personal stays, and look forward to returning.
