For INR 5000, the rooms weren't worth the price, even though they were decent. The mattresses were below average and smelled, and they wouldn't even provide toothpaste. The elevator was out of order for many hours, and the person at reception was rude. All in all, not a good experience.

I've been here many times, with the location being one reason. It's well connected to Thrill Factory, Zip Line, and White Sand Beaches. The food quality has been fantastic, and room service and cleanliness were perfect. Rooms are very spacious and can fit extra bedding too. There's also rooftop seating for the Alcoholic Loving Guys. Leave your speakers at home, they have their own music system in the food court area. A 5 star {*****} spot for families, friends, and others. Thanks!

We couldn't find any satisfactory restaurants outside, and since there weren't many guests at the hotel, the food quality wasn't good either. The WIFI also didn't work. We were a group of 7 staying the night of July 1st, planning to spend the day in Shivpuri and do adventures the next day. We didn't like the tents in the area, so we looked for hotels and got three rooms for about 1400-1500 per person, only a little more than the tents cost per day. The rooms were good quality and service was efficient.

The room was pathetic and so stinky I could barely stand it. I found 8-10 insects in the room, the refrigerator didn't work, and the bathroom was so dirty I wouldn't dare bathe there. Worst experience ever. In reply to the hotel owner's response: you're copy-pasting the same reply to every 01 star review. At least make it original. And what discount are you talking about? I paid ₹3500 cash in advance before check-in. Do I care about a discount after paying in full? Do you want me to upload the bill? All the best with your pathetic hotel.
