The owner was kind and welcoming, and Abhi and his friends from the resort maintenance team deserve special thanks. They were supportive, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay more comfortable. Kanbay Beach Resort is peaceful and scenic, with a great location and easy access. Any SUV car can reach the property without a problem. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it for a calm getaway.

Our corner room on the 1st floor looked out to the sea, and the view was unforgettable. The property sits on a cliff by the water among coconut trees. There are two beautiful public beaches on either side, plus a small, cozy Private beach that’s accessible only at low tide. The last 700M of the approach road is narrow. Service was great and breakfast decent. The outdoor areas could be cleaner and the property’s processes better maintained. The à-la-carte lunch and dinner were oily, so we ordered from Swiggy instead.

Good place for a sea view, since it sits high on the shore. The beach path is quite narrow and not easy for everyone to use, and in the evenings there are lots of crabs along the way, so we can’t get down then. Food is just okay.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but the stay was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean and was missing basic amenities. Food during the stay was terrible, and there weren’t any nearby restaurants as alternatives. They also charged an extra fee for early check-in. With service and accommodation this poor, it felt entirely unjustified. The owner really needs to improve the property’s quality standards.

We had the best time here. It was so quiet and peaceful, and the staff were amazing and really friendly. The food was good too, and we had both breakfast and lunch here every day. Thanks for having us.
