Dwaraka Residency

For a short visit or a business trip, Hotel Dwaraka Residency worked well for me. It’s in Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, and the food was good, particularly at the pure veg restaurant. A comfortable stay for the price.

I waited half an hour today and nobody came to take my order. Even after asking two or three times, no one responded. Very bad experience.

For the high price, the facilities and upkeep really don’t measure up. Parking was scarce, so I had to leave my car outside, and the location itself was decent. Inside, the room felt unhygienic, with dirty walls that needed paint and a grimy, old washroom. The taps and jet spray had black stains from age and lack of care. The fan was dirty too, and the window AC’s broken flaps made it hard to direct the air. There was just one charging point in the room, and both the room and washroom wooden doors were swollen and jammed. It’s expensive for the quality, and major improvements are needed.
