I was very happy with the food and service at Hotel Ratna Paradise. The staff were excellent and cooperative, especially Mr. Prathamesh Chitre, who spoke very gently and was helpful. Thanks so much, and best wishes from me.

Everyone on staff was kind, polite, and willing to help. There was a language barrier, but Pratamesh at reception spoke English and was really helpful to my colleagues and me during our stay. The hotel is well placed near Lakeshore mall, with fruit and ice cream or falooda available nearby.
