Jp Garden & Lawn

I booked the room from 1:00 AM to 9:00 PM and paid ₹2,500 at check-in. The night reception staff didn't mention any extra fees or limits on how long the booking covered. Then around 6:40 AM, staff repeatedly knocked on the door asking for another ₹1,100 to keep the room until 9:00 PM. That was disturbing and unprofessional, especially with no warning at check-in. We were charged ₹3,600 altogether without clear advance communication. Any extra costs should have been explained beforehand. Unexpected charges after arrival feel misleading and make for a poor experience, particularly for people booking late-night rooms. Please look into this and improve the transparency and professionalism of the staff handling bookings and guest communication.

Quick, professional room service and polite, helpful staff made the stay easy. JP Garden and Lawns is right by the highway, which was handy for getting around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I had a relaxing stay and would recommend it.

For ₹2500, I expected much better. There was no blanket in the room, and when we asked, staff said one hadn’t been arranged. The bathroom was dirty, the washbasin leaked, and mosquitoes made the room uncomfortable. We had a very bad stay and left disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We were asked to pay Rs 30 for a water bottle priced at Rs 20. They’re doing a SCAM. Later, the male receptionist said he didn’t know why the female receptionist had given me the key to Room No. 114 that afternoon, since they don’t give that room to online bookings because of its Wi-Fi issue. What kind of response is that? I got a reply asking me to share details at the contact number provided, but that’s the number for whoever is at reception. They already know what went wrong, so what more details do they need? The WiFi wasn’t working, the washbasin was clogged, water wasn’t coming properly from the tap, and the room wasn’t clean. The lady receptionist seemed completely clueless about her duties, and people there seemed unsure of what they were doing. Visit at your own risk. Honestly, stay away. If you’re desperate to waste your money, this place is waiting for you with Open arms. The owner needs to fire the female receptionist, or soon she will dig the grave at this place. She’s taking this property down every single second.
