I was there for one day during a hot summer spell, and it felt like hell. The AC didn’t work, and the staff ignored several requests. There were beer and alcohol bottles in the hallway. I’d give this hotel a negative rating if that were possible. Don’t stay here, a dharamshala would be better.

The staff were helpful and pleasant, and I had a nice stay. I’ll stay here again next time I visit kurukshetra.

The rooms are decent, though small, and the basic amenities are okay. Staff were cordial, and hot water is available sometimes. There’s also a restaurant with good food, but it’s a bit overpriced for the hotel’s standard. It’s a handy lodge just outside Kurukshetra University, along the highway toward Kurukshetra city. If you’re commuting in a hurry and need somewhere for one night, you can stay here with your family.

Rooms are good, and so are the service, staff, and their behavior.
