The food was more expensive than at a five-star hotel and tasted worse than food from roadside stalls. Water was leaking all over the rooms, and service was third-rate. The whole experience was deeply disappointing. Avoid this hotel; you'd be better off in a basic Dharamsala.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are very humble and cooperative. It's a very good hotel with all the facilities. You can also pick up cold drinks, nuts, chips, kurkure, and other packaged snacks for a party. I liked the service.

The manager was a cool person, and the staff were very cooperative. They picked us up from the railway station and let us use the gym for a morning workout. They helped beyond what I expected and made the trip wonderful. We really enjoyed it.

The attentive, efficient service and good value made this a great stay. The classy rooms had everything we needed, and the place felt lovely and relaxing, almost like home. I had a good time and would happily visit again.

It's only about 100 meters from Braham sarover, and the hotel has chips and cold drinks available to enjoy during the trip. The staff gave us a room at a very cheap price, which we appreciated. We loved the hotel. Deepak sir, the owner, is very helpful and humble.
