There was no key for the room and no hot water. The towel and blanket had blood stains, and the water jar was rusty inside. When I arrived, the reception guy wouldn't acknowledge my booking through Goibibo and said they weren't taking online bookings. He had no booking information and told me, “It's difficult, sir, it won't be possible.” After some back-and-forth, he finally gave me a room. A horrible experience. Avoid this hotel.

The AC worked well, and the tea stall outside the hotel was really good. But the place felt like it was still a work in progress. The bedsheet and pillow covers weren't fresh, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

I went with my family for a nearby wedding, just to change clothes and get ready. The bedding was unhygienic, and the manager was highly unprofessional. He charged us 500 bucks more than the price we'd agreed on beforehand.

We couldn't even get water, and the bedsheet and blanket were filthy, with blood stains. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had a good experience overall. The place was clean and tidy except for the bed. Hot water was available around the clock, but I had to ask for a fresh towel, soap, and shampoo.
