The overnight attendant was very helpful, but the person at reception just laughed when I complained about the hotel's condition. I was surprised anyone would be expected to pay to stay in a place like this. It was cheap, but I still think the rooms and bathrooms should be cleaned properly and the sheets changed without guests having to ask. The place was dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the bathroom was filthy, with no hot or running water. A place like this shouldn't be listed online to dupe people.

The service was very poor quality, and the place was dirty. They denied my Oyo booking, and my payment is stuck too.

At 2.30 am, when we tried to check in after paying the full amount online, the manager said he wouldn't give us rooms if we'd paid online. Very rude, fraudulent manager.

The owner overcharged me, and he was abusive. This was the worst PG I've stayed at.

Easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
