Mr Shijo made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We booked an apartment with spacious rooms and a huge living room that could fit a party of 30. The rooftop pool was a lovely extra, and the food and service were great. It felt like a hidden getaway in trivandrum, away from the city bustle.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were always courteous, professional, and willing to help. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The food and restaurant service at Casa In Luxury Suites were a real highlight. The menu was great, breakfast was a good complimentary buffet, and even during a busy rush the staff brought my meal to the room. Booking was easy too. They held the room without an advance payment, offer valet parking, and let me check out late for an extra fee. The room itself had decent space, a nice wardrobe, and a clean bathroom, though housekeeping could improve the final presentation. There was also a balcony with comfortable wicker chairs and bird netting. The layout is worth knowing about: Casa In Luxury Suites (Casa In Luxury Suites) uses a 3BHK apartment setup, with individual rooms rented out rather than fully independent hotel or resort rooms. Privacy and noise control therefore depend a lot on who the neighbors are. My mother and I were in Room 305, and the guests in Rooms 304 and 306 were drunken bachelors, loud at night, and even knocked on our door by mistake. That felt particularly uncomfortable with family. The AC also fell short. I checked in at 4:00 PM and set it to 18°C, but it was only “good,” never really refreshing or powerful. The staff, food, booking, and restaurant service impressed me, but the weak cooling and shared layout made the stay less comfortable for my mother and me.

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the whole property felt cared for. Meals were delicious, full of flavor, nicely presented, and offered a good variety. Service was warm from the moment we arrived, with attentive, courteous staff always ready to help. What stood out most was the heartfelt hospitality, which made us feel valued. It was a lovely mix of comfort, good food, and thoughtful service. We’d gladly return and recommend it.
