My prepaid booking through FAB was refused by the property. When I called, a staff member named Sanal told me they don't accept OTA prepaid bookings and said, “You haven’t booked directly with us. Contact FAB, we will not accept this booking.” His response was rude and unprofessional. If they won't take FAB bookings, the property shouldn't remain listed there. Refusing guests when they arrive causes serious inconvenience. I couldn't get through to FAB support, so my money was stuck and we were left stranded at the location, unsure what to do.

I booked for 8 people on January 15 at Wateredge Hotel in Kovalam. The total was 10230, and I sent 3000 as an advance, but the hotel had no booking for us. My whole family was left standing on the road. I am very upset. Please give a proper reason. I have sent this for an hour and got no reply.

Breakfast was awful, with very little choice, and they seemed to serve it by room or on some other discriminatory basis. The rooms were shabby and poorly maintained too. It was a horrifying experience. Don't stay there, as there are plenty of other options nearby.

FabHotels and Wateredge beach resort don't seem to have any tie-up at all. FabHotels made false promises, and I still haven't got my Rs. 3600 back. Fab is the worst, a fraud company.

Everything else was nice, but service was slow. Even tea could take 30 minutes to an hour.
