A single room costs 700, and the place is very close to the thampanoor ksrtc terminal and trivandrum railway station. They also offer 24 hr checkout, which is another plus. The rooms are very old and not in great condition. Just look at the photos, and you’ll see. They could at least replace that ugly stained toilet flush tank.

The rates are cheap, but the service was awful. Staff didn’t respond, the electricity went out, and there was no maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend visiting or staying here.

The beds and sheets weren’t clean, and the rooms weren’t good. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

The room and bathroom were unclean and unhygienic, and they didn’t provide basic supplies like bedsheets, pillow covers or towels. The inside door lock was half broken, so I couldn’t lock it properly, and they didn’t repair it after I reported it. Staff were rude, misbehaved, and unresponsive. They also wouldn’t clean the room even when I asked. Worst hotel experience ever, a waste of money. HOTEL SUKHVAS deserves an ⭕ rating.
