We had a great first stay at KKM International. The room felt fresh, tidy, and spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. The AC worked well, and hot water was always available. They also provided a hairdryer, soap, and a dental kit. The service was good throughout.

The room was tidy and well kept, and I slept really well because it was so comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though I would've liked more variety. The location was just okay, since it's not especially central or close to the main attractions. Still, I had a very comfortable stay, and it's a good option if comfort and cleanliness matter most.

We spent one day here and found the hotel easy to reach from both the airport and railway station. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the neat restroom had basic toiletries and a hair blower. There's a restaurant and a swimming pool at the hotel. Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple is nearby, just a few kilometres away. Service was good overall.

I left after only three hours, even though the room cost around 12,000 rubles a night. I just moved to a proper, decent hotel, without any arguments or comments. My stay at KKM International was a complete disaster, and I strongly wouldn't recommend it. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had recently. We were given the wrong room twice despite explaining the booking repeatedly. It was supposed to be a two-bedroom Deluxe room, but the first room we were shown looked more like a kennel and had only one bedroom. I was prepared to accept the missing bedroom, but the room itself was very old. The floor was greasy, as the photos show; the furniture was old, the bed squeaked terribly and made proper sleep impossible, and the harsh lighting felt like something from a torture chamber. The staff's English was very poor, and they weren't welcoming. The so-called restaurant was more like a cafeteria, and we were told food would take 40 minutes. I can't understand how that's acceptable. The whole experience was extremely negative. If you're reading this, the one-star reviews are absolutely accurate. Everything here is bad.
