I stayed for a week. The owner was very polite and seemed to care about guests being satisfied, and the management were friendly, responsive and helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable and well kept, with a very comfortable bed. The washroom was hygienic, modern and well equipped. Floors were clean and regularly looked after, and the whole hotel felt tidy and fresh.

The AC in the room we booked didn't work. Service was very poor, and the bathroom was in bad shape and not properly cleaned. The worst experience we've had.

Terminal 1 is only 200 m away on foot, and the famous beach is around 350-500 m away, with delicious seafood nearby. That's why accessibility gets four stars. The property is old, and the rooms are just okay, not especially nice. Still, it works for families or friends, and many families were staying there. The uncle at reception was a very good person.

The manager was friendly, and we had a peaceful night close to Domestic Airport Terminal 1. Our non-AC room was decent, clean to a good standard, and reasonably priced. We were happy with the stay.

I chose the hotel because it's right in front of T1 Domestic terminal Airport. I asked for a room and saw an AC one. The manager quoted Rs. 1300/-, which seemed high for that kind of room, so we agreed on 1200/-. It's an okay sort of hotel, with decent cleaning and nice service. The manager was friendly and helpful.
