Ms. Sudha at Reception gave us a warm welcome and handled things efficiently, making check-in and our stay smooth. Mr. Venu from the Restaurant was courteous and attentive, adding a lot to our dining experience. Staff across the hotel were polite, calm, and experienced, and the breakfast was very good, with a decent selection and good taste. Our Standard Deluxe Room, Room No. 311 at Casino Hotels, was neat, clean, and well maintained, with a practical layout, enough space, comfortable bedding, and a tidy washroom. Housekeeping was commendable, essential amenities were arranged, and the calm ambience helped us sleep well. It's centrally located in Thrissur, very close to the railway station. A reliable, comfortable option for official or leisure stays. We strongly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Even with the hotel completely full, service stayed calm and well managed during our three nights at Casino Hotels. We were in Room No. 506 on the 14th, 15th, and 16th, while many guests, including us, were there for the State Youth Festival. Staff were courteous, proactive, and helpful, and made sure people were looked after throughout the busy period. The breakfast buffet was a standout: a huge spread, lots of variety, and every dish we tried was tasty. Handling such a large buffet at peak occupancy deserves special appreciation. Casino Hotels has a great legacy, reflected in its service, food, and hospitality. Accommodation, dining, and guest service were all exemplary. A very nice hotel with rich heritage and excellent management. We strongly recommend it and hope to stay again.

The staff were excellent, and the front desk let me check in early. Everyone seemed genuinely cheerful and positive. Though it's centrally located in thrissur city, the hotel doesn't seem to be in a crowded area, probably because of the large grounds and nearby convention center. It's a four-star property at a reasonable rate and great value for money. I'd certainly like to come again.

The breakfast spread was outstanding, with plenty of fresh, delicious choices. Even with the LPG shortage, the team kept things running smoothly without affecting the taste or quality. Housekeeping also deserves credit for keeping the rooms spotless and organized. I stayed in several rooms, including 705 and 706, and each was neat, comfortable, and well maintained. Sudha and the rest of the front office were welcoming and professional. George, Erian, and Venu provided prompt, courteous service throughout. Special thanks to the production team, especially Venu, for the excellent food quality. It was a truly pleasant and comfortable stay.
