Mr. Vijay was especially helpful, always coming over when we needed something. He brought extra towels himself and checked and fixed the air conditioner and kettle, always with a warm smile. Mr. Vijay and Mr. Surya were informative and helped us find good restaurants and local food stalls, as well as a courier service to send our things home. My family and I stayed three days at Hotel Royal Sathyam in Trichy and booked two rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant and good value for money. Highly recommended for families visiting Trichy.

The reception staff were rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is child friendly and has a nice ambience, but the service wasn’t good. We didn’t enjoy the complimentary breakfast. On the first day there wasn’t enough food for us, and the next day it only arrived close to 10 am.

The location and breakfast were the only good parts of this hotel. Everything else was bad: there were no proper toiletries apart from soap, the toilet was damaged and wouldn't flush, the taps were broken, and there was no Wi-Fi. The air conditioner leaked, drawers and the service phone were broken, and the blankets were dusty and towels dirty.

The washroom was disgusting, and the sofa and blankets were old and dirty. They charged 2. k, which wasn't worth what I paid. Don't stay here, it would be a complete disaster.
