The thoughtful touches from housekeeping during the evening turndown stood out, as did the concierge getting us a reservation at the last minute. From the moment our car arrived, the staff treated us like royalty and seemed to know what we needed before we asked. They combine genuine warmth with professional service, and the attention to detail is remarkable.

A stress-free stay with really good hospitality. The owner and staff are lovely, kind, helpful, and always smiling. You can tell they care about the guest experience. Highly recommended. When the owner was there, their involvement also showed the business was well managed from the top down.

The owner was quick to respond, which made check-in and check-out simple and stress-free. My room was spotless, and the common areas stayed in pristine shape throughout my stay. The hotel is close to the main attractions but tucked away enough for a quiet, peaceful night's sleep.

I paid 1 lakh for a hall to hold a program, and the whole experience was terrible. There was no cooling and the stage didn't have a proper electrical setup, so the program was ruined and the money wasted. Problems continued from start to finish. Flora, the lady in charge, was very difficult to deal with and didn't even come to the hall. In the evening, neither she nor the hotel staff responded. Very poor customer handling, and I'm completely dissatisfied.

The room itself was comfortable, but the stay was a mixed experience. There was no drinking water provided, and the hair dryer didn't work. I also couldn't get hot water for a bath, which made the stay less enjoyable. Improving these basic amenities would make a big difference for guests.
