The hospitality is excellent, and the rooms are tidy and clean. It’s in a prime area too. Highly recommend.

We were shivering at night because the bedspreads were very thin and filthy. When we asked the caretaker for another sheet, he resisted and told us to share the one on the bed. After we insisted, he brought another one, but that was in very bad condition too. The rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes and felt unclean and unhygienic. When we checked out, nobody was there, so we called the caretaker, who told us to leave the keys at reception and go. That didn’t feel safe either. Family travelers should avoid this place. Very disappointing.

The food choices nearby were limited, and it took some walking to find a cheaper place to eat. Service was slow, and we could hardly find anyone at reception, though the staff we met were kind and pointed out nearby monuments. The business is split between an apartment building and a “resort,” and finding it can be tricky. Still, places like the Rock Temple and Panchavarnaswamy temple are within walking distance, and I highly recommend them. For the price, I doubt you’ll find a better deal around here. Highly recommend the stay!

The only real drawback is that it’s a bit far from the airport, bus stand, and railway station. There are plenty of showrooms and places to eat nearby, though, and I’d personally recommend the nearby roy restaurant. The rooms were clean and nice, and the bathroom was great too.
