We changed rooms three times, but each one had the same serious problems. There were bed bugs in every room, none of the bathroom flushes worked properly, and the towels and bedsheets looked very old and didn’t feel clean. When we raised it, the staff responded with a bad attitude. We’d already paid through a booking site and it was too late to find somewhere else, but the stay wasn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this for families. Sleeping elsewhere would be better. The bed bugs deserve 5 stars for keeping you company at night.

Bugs filled the first room. We complained and moved, but the blanket in the second room smelled bad and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were bugs there too, so we left within two hours and found another hotel because we couldn’t tolerate it. A zero rating, waste of time and money. Don’t fool people with a 4-star website rating and nice photos. The place is a complete mess.

The bed was broken and uncomfortable, with bed bugs, and I couldn’t sleep all night. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days. The lodge was badly maintained, with nothing clean or organized, and the whole environment felt out of control. For the price, it felt like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend it even for one night. Avoid it.

I booked this hotel for a friend, expecting reasonable cleanliness and service, but the rooms were poorly maintained and hygiene was bad.
