There was no hot water, and the room service was missing. When we asked for help, the owner and staff were rude and unprofessional, with no interest in fixing anything and bad behavior toward guests. The room was dirty, the bedsheets were unclean, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The hotel itself is in poor condition with no cleanliness. A terrible experience, not recommended at all.

They made me pay a charge out of my deposit for their service boy. They said, "Please give something happily." Worst experience, and I highly recommend that nobody book a room there.

The rooms are clean and okay, but the service is bad.

The rooms and bathroom were bad, and the staff behavior and service were very poor. Don’t choose this place.

For a budget stay, the rooms are okay and the lack of cleanliness is manageable, though they’re below standard. They don’t provide towels or soap. Don’t be surprised if you find cockroaches in your bag. They surely came from this hotel only.
