Even with a confirmed online booking and payment, they refused to give us a room. They didn't contact us before we arrived to mention any genuine issue. They just sat there and casually said no rooms were available, then told us to cancel the booking online. No humanity or kindness. Not at all recommended!

I was travelling with family, and after all this we were left to find somewhere ourselves in a completely new city. OYO support eventually issued a refund, but the hotel had stopped taking their calls by then. When I went back after contacting support the first time, the replacement room was at another distant, shady property, which I refused too. Staff had first shown us a tiny 10x10 room and said we would have to adjust because there was no other option. I had booked and paid through the official OYO app, and the hotel had called that morning to confirm an afternoon check-in. But when I reached, they said all rooms were full and denied us a room despite the payment. When I contacted OYO support, the hotel told them they were giving me a room with no issue. A horrible experience, complete fraudsters.

We had reserved through Agoda from Dec 31st 2025 to Jan 3rd 2026. At reception, Benny and Satish told us the rooms were sold out when we arrived to check in. Satish said he had sold ours to another customer who paid a higher price. They sold a booking we had made a week earlier. Cheap mentality, money-minded people, very low class. If I could give NO STARS to SUPER TOWNHOUSE formerly RAMA GRAND, I would.

There was a heavy Cigrate smell in the hallway. The rooms themselves were good, though. At reception, we were told there were only AC rooms, no non AC rooms, and that each cost 1500. After we paid, they booked that same room on OYO for a lower price. I think they charge us more while booking it for less.
